Join us for a CLASSIC STORY, FARM ACTIVITIES, and PRIZE GIVING!

The classic story of friendship, based on the book by E.B. White, is held outdoors and will warm hearts young and old as Valley Shakespeare Festival charms its way onto Massaro Community Farm!

Down on the Zuckerman Farm, Wilbur, an irresistible young pig is determined to avoid the butcher. With the help of his friends (especially the magnificent spider, Charlotte) Wilbur is not only safe but learns that true friends live in our hearts forever. This 60-minute adaptation of the novel, named one of the best American children’s books of the past two hundred years, will enchant audiences of all ages.

FARM ACTIVITIES

Saturday at 12 PM join us in between performances to paint pumpkinsto bring home, make leaf lanterns, and buy tickets for our raffle so you can bring home fun prizes!

Sunday at 1 PM join us before the performance for a scarecrowbuilding contest! We'll provide the frames, hay, and clothes, you bring anything extra to give your scarecrow the winning touch! The scarecrows will be judged by the actors at the end of Sundays performance and the winner will take home a prize.

*Please note this event is OUTDOORS, so dress appropriately. Performances are rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions, the performance will be relocated to an inside location. All sales are final — no refunds, transfers, or exchanges unless Massaro cancels the performance.
