Don is a creative music instructor and enjoys playing many styles of guitar. Originally a student of the clarinet Don's true passion was for the guitar. His first guitar teacher was Guy Santo of North Haven where he learned to sight read. Don went on to study at the Famous Musicians School in Westport CT and studied jazz theory with Jay Fredericks of Julliard fame and award winner composer/guitarist Joe Beck. He pursued rock and blues technique with Dave Hart (Berklee School of music), Joe Belmont and New Haven local guitarist Tony Lombardozzi.
