Friends of Edgewood Park Seeks Board Members
FOEP is looking for three members to join its board of directors. Board members attend monthly board meetings, participate in decisions about fund-raising and spending, and volunteer at events in the park. The board election will be held in October. People interested in joining the board or interested in meeting the candidates should come to the Sept. 8 meeting, at 6:30 p.m. at the Ranger Station. We’ll have snacks, discuss our 2008 accomplishments and swap ideas for 2009. Get involved! This is a fun and worthy group!
